Christmas Celebrations

Christmas time, this year, has gone like a FLASH!
I had just started to recover from MONO.  (Yes, really.)
And before I knew it, Christmas was upon us!
This is from our Neighborhood  Party with Mr. and Mrs. Claus!
Ava was THRILLED that Mrs. Claus was with Santa!
What a cutie she was!
With in a couple of days, we met the Mickelson Family at Temple Square to see the lights!
It was SO totally busy that we couldn't get everyone to pose for a photo.
But you get the idea!
Let's see here: (L to R) Grandma Mick, Auntie Kate, Jens, Claire, Uncle Dan, Grandpa Mick, Autie Lisa with Lena and a few others.
It was a fun night!
Grandpa Mickelson brought hot chocolate and marshmallows and met us right in front of Temple Square.  We enjoyed our drinks, while the horse drawn carriages rode by!
With in a couple more days, the kids were out of school and looking for some fun!
We managed to pull together a few grahham cracker houses and candy.
My kids always enjoy this!
Take a look below to see our creations!

The kids were in school right up to Christmas Eve, and it seemed as though we did not do quite the amount of celebrating that we normally would do!

Between parties and cookies and clever gifts, we were accumulating Christmas Cards.
I love to read the letters and see how families and children have grown.
Some friends we seldom ever see anymore, but I love to see their faces in a Card.

 And now, it's time.
Time for the magic to start.
Christmas Eve.......
