This year, Tadje applied to be a Lighthouse Leader at school.
He has to write a 3 page essay explaining why he is a good leader, and go through a teacher interview.
It comes from the Leader in Me, Stephen Covey, program for schools.
In January, the Lighthouse Leaders were asked to introduce the program at a Parent Meeting.
Tadje was the Master of Ceremony.
He was sincerely nervous.
He did a fabulous job introducing and explaining.
Here he is, acting calm and collected before they began.

It has been a wonderful school activity for him.
Giving him an opportunity to be a leader in the school.
Increasing his confidence and self-esteem!
We are so proud of you, Tadje!!!
