Happy Halloween!
The festivities started with pumpkin...be-heading....
...de-gutting....
...de-seeding.....
..and so on!
Straight into class parties and dress up!
Mario and Luigi got to get off to it first!
Then Jesse!
Lauren was "off-track" so she dressed up Friday with the rest of the kids!
And had a great time greeting other friends at school for the parade!
Then Halloween Night it was time for the real spooks!
For the first time since our move to Utah, each child had a friend to trick-or treat with!
I ended up escorting 7 friends!
While Lauren went with a cute friend and her Mom!
We were all smiles and TOTALLY worn out by the time the Moon Smiled!!!
This year, we had a neighborhood spook who gave our group a REAL scare.
Racing around in his army mortorcycle and side car.
Masked and chained.
He totally gave my kids a FRIGHT!
(I finally had to step out in front of the group of kids and tell him that was ENOUGH!)
*While I have a mixed feelings about the SCARY side of Halloween....we all arrived home unscaithed!*
Needless to say, it was a...
"THRILLER!"
