The Evolution of Calpurnia Tate

This week has been one "sick" week!
I had bronchitis.
T had strep.
A had strep.
G had strep.
Needless to say, I didn't sleep too well this week!
I did, however, get ALOT of reading time!
This book is another snag and read!
I had LOVED it!
It reminds me of my oldest, Lauren.
She has a unique interest in science, animals, and crawly things.
It also reminded me of happier days, in Ohio.
I could just imagine it all to be real!
It also received the "Newbery Honor."
The Honor award is for books that are honorable mentions, but did not receive the award in that year.
