This week was the Spelling Bee!
Gabe came home, two weeks ago, and said that he "won" the spelling bee for his class!
He was so excited beecause that meant he could bee in the school's bee!
I love it when my kids feel like they are doing something "good!"
It always gives them a little vote of confidence!
He was on cloud nine leading up to that day!
He was told, by his teacher, he had to wear "church" clothes.
I thought he would throw a fit....but he didn't!
I brought a change of clothes for after the bee, and he said,
"Mom, I think I'll be OK today."
I was quite impressed, as this is the boy that begs to wear sweat pants every day!
What a special day for our Gabriel!
He did a GREAT job!
We are so proud of this boy!
