I really have not been on my game!!

(Did I mention that "year round" school throws me for a loop?)

I did manage to complete one project before the end of Halloween.

I have found the pattern on a local quilt store blog for:
The Material Girls Quilts

When I purchased the magazine for the pattern, however....
I thought is was too small.

So a tweak here and a tweak there.
Viola.....
A Table Runner.

It was a little labor intensive, as each octagon has to be sewn around a piece of paper.
In order to keep the corners true.

But it really was so much fun to get back to quilting....
just a little!
