HAPPY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY.....PARTY!
One of the things I LOVE about Ava, is that she LOVES to have FUN!
This year, Ava has blossomed into a little athlete.
Anything that remotely says, "Sport"....she nabs.
Ava learned how to ride a two wheeler when she had just turned 3!
How appropriate to throw a "bike party."
Such an exciting day, despite the rain.
Every bike needs a "basket."
Found these little bags at the Target "dollar" section.
I thought they'd make a cute bike basket?
Every biker needs a water bottle, to put in the basket!
After bike decorating, and attaching their baskets...the kids lined up for a "bike course."
I'm sorry there's no photo's of the course and AMAZING balloon arch finish line!
Just for ideas, the course included:
Bubbles, zig-zag, a speed bump, U-turn, and a race to the finish.
They only fared the bad weather for a few minutes.
(35 degrees isn't great riding weather.)
Back in the house for a game of "ring-line"
(A German Tradition our family plays on Christmas Eve...but has transferred to children's parties!)
One heavy crack at the pinata---and VIOLA----candy central.
The children also made their own t-shirts.
Made with contact paper cut out into bike shapes, and a custom saying.
This is Gabe's.
Make a WISH!
Here's to an Amazing Girl!!
Oh, Happy Day!
